Fixing myself as a maker
One of my biggest fears and a big source of frustration as a maker has been taking things too seriously. Things are never good enough, I can’t make decisions, I can’t finish any side project, I can’t show what I’m working on unless it’s not design related. Gosh, I can’t even blog shit! I give too many fucks about what other people may perceive from work that’s coming from side projects.
How am I going to do that? I’m going to do something that’s been working for me since I can remember: face the problem.
I’m going to start making things again for no reason and I’d enjoy the process, expose my work, my thoughts, and myself to the rest of the world. Creating things and sharing them it’s what keeps the fire going for me and I don’t want to lose it.
Let’s make this happen and make things fun again!
